Step 1: Upload & Personalise Upload the high-resolution photo you would like featured on your items. In the "Personalisation" box, please enter the Name exactly as you would like it to appear on the Jewellery Case.

Step 2: Check Your Inbox Within 24 hours of placing your order, our designer will email you a digital proof of your custom layout. This is your chance to see how your photo and name will look before we move to production.

Step 3: The 24-Hour Approval Window To ensure your gift arrives in time for Valentine’s Day, we work on a strict production schedule:

• You have 24 hours from the time we send the proof to request any changes.

• If we do not hear back within 24 hours, we will proceed with production using the proof provided to ensure your order isn't delayed.
