How to Order Your Valentines Day Gift Set

Step 1: Upload & Personalise Choose your preferred gift set and upload the high-resolution photo you would like featured on your items. In the "Personalisation" box, please enter the Name exactly as you would like it to appear on the Magnetic Box and the Jewellery Case.

Step 2: Check Your Inbox Within 24 hours of placing your order, our designer will email you a digital proof of your custom layout. This is your chance to see how your photo and name will look before we move to production.

Step 3: The 24-Hour Approval Window To ensure your gift arrives in time for Valentine’s Day, we work on a strict production schedule:

• You have 24 hours from the time we send the proof to request any changes.

• If we do not hear back within 24 hours, we will proceed with production using the proof provided to ensure your order isn't delayed.

• Please Note: Due to the custom nature of these products, no refunds or replacements can be offered for errors present in a proof that was not responded to within the 24-hour window.
